The Mandarin Community Club hosted their annual holiday dinner for their members on Monday evening, December 16. Held at the Club building, this year's event featured a 1920's style Speak Easy Super in celebration of the Club's 90th anniversary. Period dress and music were part of the festivities. Donations for the Mandarin Food Bank were collected, a tradition the Club has sponsored for over a decade.
Election of the Officers and Board for the upcoming year also took place on December 16. Those elected for 2014 were President, Emily Lisska; Vice President, John Holloway; Treasurer, Melissa Chorpening, and Secretary, Betty Wolfe. Please refer to Board Members for a complete list. This was the 3rd membership dinner/social event of 2013 following the Pot Luck Dinner in May and Oktoberfest in October. Comments are closed.
