The 47th annual Mandarin Art Festival returns 2015 Easter Weekend on April 4th and 5th. Information and artist application will be posted to the Art Festival page in mid-October.
The Mandarin Art Festival committee will hold its first meeting on September 30th at 6pm at the Mandarin Community Clubhouse for the 47th Mandarin Art Festival. Those interested in being part of the committee are welcome to attend our kick-off meeting. Volunteers are not required to attend all meetings until the week of the event for orientation and assignment. For more information, please contact us at mandarinartfestival@gmail.com or call (904) 268-1622. To express our gratitude, the Mandarin Community Club awarded the Bumblebee Circle of our sister organization, Mandarin Garden Club, a plaque of appreciation. These young volunteers helped with Billard Park's ground and butterfly garden in order to get it ready the 46th annual Mandarin Art Festival (held Easter weekend 2014) as well as prepare it for the new unveiling of the Billard Commemorative Park sign. Thank you again, Bumblebee Circle and Ms. Wanda Bosworth!
The 46th Mandarin Art Festival Committee closed its chapter for this year's event with a lovely and delicious evening at St. Mary's Seafood & More Wednesday evening. Many thanks to our Mandarin Art Festival Chairs (pictured center left to right), Susie Scott and Laura Miller, and Mandarin Community Club President, Emily Lisska, for their leadership in bringing together a wonderful group to make the 46th Mandarin Art Festival happen.
