JOIN US for a food and fun-filled evening on Thursday, November 14th, at 7PM (doors open 6:15 PM) for "Bingo for the Bell" at the Mandarin Community Club!
Cost is $15 which covers your entry fee and cards (payment due at door, cash please). Additional BINGO cards and concessions will be available for purchase. This event is OPEN TO ALL so bring your friends and neighbors for this one-night event! Note: Proceeds from this fundraiser event will go towards restoring the recently discovered rare bell in the Mandarin Community Club's belfry. Entry fee is not tax-deductible, however direct donations towards the fundraiser project are tax-deductible. Non-cash prizes will be awarded. The Mandarin Community Club will observe Veterans Day with its annual wreath-laying ceremony on Sunday, November 10. Scheduled to start at 1PM, the program will be held within the Billard Park (adjacent to the MCC building). In the event of inclement weather, activities will be moved inside the Club building. This event is open to members and the general public alike.

Please note: We will be collecting old, worn American flags during this year's event. They will be set aside for an official Flag Retirement in conjunction with the DAR and SAR at a later date TBA. St. Johns Riverkeeper, Lisa Rinaman, is the most outspoken and knowledgeable advocate to protect the St. Johns River from further harm from all of the destructive impacts of population, development, and high volume use. She will be presenting a general overview and focus on one of our biggest advocacy issues - working to create a more resilient river.
Third Thursday Lectures are presented by the Mandarin Museum & Historical Society in partnership with and held at the Mandarin Community Club, located at 12447 Mandarin Rd. Refreshments begin at 6:30 pm with the lecture at 7 pm. It is free and all are invited and encouraged to attend. This seminar will be held on August 22 from 10:30-11:30AM and hosted by the Mandarin Community Club.
